Primary Position Objectives:
The Estimator will support our commercial exterior department work by developing accurate, complete, and competitive bids. This role requires strong attention to detail, clear communication, disciplined analysis, and the ability to identify risk early so projects are set up for successful execution.

The Drafter will translate project intent and real-world field conditions into accurate, build-ready drawings and documentation. This role demands a genuine commitment to quality at every stage of the process, from initial project handoff through final production release.

Mechanic
Primary Position Objectives:
The Mechanic will take complete ownership of our shop and fleet and will approach every repair, inspection, and detail with pride and accountability. This role will help protect the PSC standard by keeping our fleet reliable, clean, and ready, returning equipment to the field looking and running like new so our crews can work productively and with pride.
